Duties:

• 5-7 Years of project manager experience in pharma industry (Prefers Immunology or rheumatology experience who has worked in those domains).
• Manage the VAY medical project plan to monitor and track progress of critical tactical projects.
• Facilitate meetings and support regular project reviews and decisions.
• Coordinate communication between HQ medical, field medical, HEOR, compliance, and vendors for dedicated projects.
• Handle compliance tool submissions, approvals, and follow-ups with the cross-functional team.
• Provide live event support, including coordination and note-taking.
• Manage post-event communications and oversight of next steps.

Think Tank (specific) Project:

• Oversee end-to-end execution from planning through post-event reporting, ensuring no delays or gaps.
• Manage logistics for a complex event in NJ for ~70 attendees, including 50+ HCPs (venue, travel, accommodations, onsite needs) while maintaining compliance.
• Oversee agency deliverables, timelines, and budget adherence with vendors.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment by collecting CVs and supporting contracting.
• Drive disciplined planning and resource allocation to optimize timelines and support strategic priorities like the ianalumab launch.
